The Kebab Club Turkish Salad Recipe

This is our simple day to day go to salad. Perfect with kebabs and as a side to any of our recipes! We sometimes mix it up and use parsley or cabbage but that is completely up to you.


  • ½ Cucumber
  • 1 Tomato
  • ½ Red Onion
  • Large handful Salad Leaves
  • 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • 1tsp Pomegranate molasses
  • 1tsp Cider Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Sumac
  • Pinch of Salt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber length ways and remove the seeds and then slice. Halve the tomatoes and dice. Peel and thinly slice the red onion. Add them all to a bowl, along with the salad leaves.
  2. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the salad ingredients. Mix until the dressing is evenly distributed.
  3. Serve next to lamb or chicken kebab made with The Kebab Club Chicken or Lamb Marinade, or next to our Baked Aubergine made with The Kebab Club Chilli Sauce.
