Not only is this chicken doner so quick and easy to make, it packed with flavour and will trump a kebab shop chicken doner any day! Serve this classically with a warm pitta, zesty salad and drizzles of The Kebab Club chilli sauce to add a delicious warmth. If you have a spike or a rotisserie you could layer the chicken thighs on and cook it that way but if not, this will still give you great results.
- 1kg Chicken Thighs, skin on but deboned
- 6tsp The Kebab Club Chicken Shish Marinade
The Kebab Club Chilli Sauce
- Massage the Kebab Club Chicken Marinade into the chicken thighs. Ideally leave to marinate over night so that the flavours of the marinade develop.
- Fire up the BBQ, your BBQ is ready when the fire has died down and the coals turn white. Place the thighs on, skin side down so it gets nice and crispy.
- Once the thighs are cooked, transfer them to a board and chop up finely to recipe doner!
- Place onto the pitta so all the juices run through, top with The Kebab Club chilli sauce and salad! Enjoy!
